How it works
Directions – it couldn’t be easier!
- Pick a size
- Upload a picture of your pet using our easy-to-use upload button
- Select the gender of your pet from the dropdown menu and we'll adapt the design accordingly (For some designs only)
- Click 'Add To Cart' and place your order
- Feel free to leave any special requests in the 'notes section' and we'll work our magic for you!
- We'll email you the design within 2-3 days for you to approve and request as many changes until you're 100% happy!
- Your paw-fect masterpiece will be printed and delivered to your door!
Fable & Fang Guarantee:
Our number one priority is that you are 100% happy with your masterpiece. If in the unlikely event that you are not, we will either create another one for you, or we will offer you a full refund.
If you upload an image that isn't good enough quality, we will email you asking for a new one!
If you're having trouble uploading your photo, or have multiple photo's that you'd like us to choose from, please email your images to support@fableandfang.com and we'll be here to help.
We will send you your design to approve before we send it to print and you can request as many changes as you like until you're 100% happy with it. Again, in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your design and no longer wish to proceed with your order, we will offer you a refund (minus £10 for the artwork we've done).
If you'd like a different coloured background or any other changes to your design, just drop us a note and we'll make it happen!
